Responsible for personal data

Formac is responsible for the processing of your personal data. The personal data we collect will only be used by us unless otherwise stated in the registration or in the information you receive after being in contact with us.

We work out routines and practices to ensure that your personal information is handled safely. The starting point is that only persons within Formac who need personal data to perform their duties should have access to them.

Our security systems are developed with your integrity in focus and to a great extent protect against intrusion and other changes that could endanger your privacy.

How we collect and use (process) personal data

In order for us to offer you our services, we process personal information in the following situations and for the following purposes. We do not save any data longer than we need.

To fulfil our agreement

In order for us to comply with our contract or agreement to receive orders, deliver goods and send invoices to you, we process your personal information in the form of name, position, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are a customer in the form of an individual company or private individual, we will also process your social security number and address details. We keep this information as long as we are required to do so according to the Accounting Act.

To contact you

In order for us to contact you, we process your contact information in the form of name, phone number and e-mail address.

We also use your email address to send information, invitations, and promotions to you, but you can choose to stop receiving that type of mail at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the mail.

This information is stored as long as you are a customer of ours, or until we have been informed that you are no longer employed by our customer.

When and how we share personal information with others

All personal data we process is stored with our IT service providers and they are always located in EU / EEA countries. We do not sell your personal information to anyone and only share personal information with other parties in order to provide services to our customers. Personal data may only be used to provide services to our customers. When we share your personal information with another party we are responsible for the treatment and there are always data processing agreements that govern how your personal information is handled.

In some situations, we are obliged to disclose personal information to comply with legal requirements or governmental requirements. We may also need to provide personal information to protect our legal interests or to detect and prevent fraud.

Individual rights

The Data Protection Ordinance gives you a range of rights in relation to us who treat your personal data. To invoke these rights, contact us through the contact information at the bottom of the policy. We always strive to have accurate information and, therefore, correct, complete, delete or anonymize personal information when needed. If you think any information is incorrect or misleading, please contact us immediately.

How can you influence our processing of your personal information?

You are entitled to withdraw all or part of a given consent for processing personal data at any time. However, the revocation of your consent will not affect our processing of your personal data before the revocation took place. You are also entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or profiling at any time. In accordance with current data protection laws, you have the right to access information about what personal data we are processing about you and the right to request a correction of your personal information. Under certain circumstances, you may also request the deletion or restriction of your personal information or object to our treatment. You may also, under certain conditions, obtain the personal data you provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and may transfer them to another company responsible for processing of your personal data (data portability). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Integration Protection Agency or other competent supervisory authority that supervises the company's handling of personal data.
