General Information

Only registered organizations may order from www.formac.eu. Orders by consumers will be declined.

By approving Formac's terms of sale, you also agree that Formac can obtain credit information and perform a credit assessment of your business. Formac has the right to reject an order regardless of the result of the credit assessment. Formac AB may perform regular credit assessments so that in future purchases Formac can continue to offer invoices directly from Formac AB.

When placing orders via Formac.se you will automatically receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. We then review the order manually and respond to you with an order confirmation to the email address used when you placed your order.

Payment terms

Formac.eu only accepts payment by invoice.

Invoicing

The invoice is sent separately from the shipment with 30 days’ net. Payment after the due date will be charged interest at 2% per month. Formac AB reserves the ownership of the delivered goods until full payment is received.

Shipping

We apply a dynamic freight calculation based on the total weight of the order that results in a shipping cost estimate. In some cases, when the products are very bulky, a separate freight calculation applies. On the manuall order confirmation sent by us the actual shipping cost will be declared.

Delivery

DHL manages all deliveries from Formac’s warehouse in Växjö unless another agreement has been made. Delivery time varies depending on the product. When ordering products that are not in stock, the delivery time will be specified afterwards in a separate e-mail. Stock products with customized printing are normally delivered one week after approved proofing.

Deliveries of products in stock, and not requiring customization (such as unique print), are usually made the following day, provided that the order was placed before 12 noon. One to two days are added for deliveries north of Sundsvall and Gotland. We try as far as possible to inform you of the estimated delivery date when you place an order. Estimated delivery time is indicated for every product on our website. If there is no indicated estimated delivery time, please contact us for further information. The delivery terms are not binding and should there be an unfortunate case when the delivery time is exceeded, the customer has no right to any compensation, indemnity or cancellation of the agreement. The responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the courier or other means of transport.

Claims

As a customer you should always check the goods to verify that the product/products is/are flawless. In case of transport damage and packaging damage, kindly contact the shipping company directly. For other complaints, please contact Formac AB on +46 (0)470 – 74 54 50 or at info@formac.eu and provide order- and invoice number and reason for your complaint.

Customer Account

Username and password to customer accounts with Formac.eu must be managed so that unauthorized persons do not get access to this information. If you give your login details to somebody else, you confirm that this person has the right to place orders in your name. The liability becomes your responsibility. For customer accounts belonging to legal persons, everyone that has access to the login details are considered authorized to place an order on the legal person’s behalf. If you believe that an unauthorized person has access to your login details it is your responsibility to immediately notify Formac AB and change your password.

Other

Formac AB reserves the right to adjust prices, to be out of stock, to have inventory differences, to have technical issues, to change technical specifications and to have typographical errors on the web site or in our advertisements. An order acknowledgement is sent via e-mail upon ordering. An order confirmation is sent after the order has been reviewed.

Force majeure

Formac AB cannot be held responsible for obstacles that are beyond our power, including unforeseen events such as production disruptions, lightning strike, prolonged power outage or work strikes.
